This text explains how PokeIdle BR works. It is not a substitute for legal advice.
Player-to-player real-money trades have extra rules inside the RMT center.
PokeIdle BR is a fan idle MMORPG, free to play in the browser, with optional purchases and a player market. Pokémon and related marks belong to Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK. This server is unofficial.
By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these terms.
One person, one account. You are responsible for the password, email, and linked Google account.
Do not share the account, cheat, run unauthorized bots, exploit, or attack the server.
We may suspend or delete an account that defrauds the economy, payments, other players, or these terms.
Items, gold, VIP, and progress exist only on this server. We do not guarantee real-world value, endless uptime, or that a character will never be rolled back after a dupe or severe fault.
Donations and promotions deliver what the shop shows at purchase time. Refunds follow the law and the payment provider.
Trading Pokémon for real money is only valid inside the RMT center, for users 18 or older, under the extra rules shown there. Chat deals outside it are not recognized.
Official payments use Mercado Pago. Chargebacks, fraud, or false data can freeze the account and items.
No harassment, illegal speech, spam, offensive names, or impersonating staff.
Public chat and names may be moderated. Support private messages may be read by staff when you open a ticket.
We may update the game, these terms, and the privacy policy. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance unless the law says otherwise.
In-game support (after sign-in) and Discord (site footer).
